Frachadil is situated near the white sandy beach of Calgary Bay and just over 3 miles from the village of Dervaig.
Dervaig has a Hotel, a book and Coffee shop, a Post Office and a good general store.

Frachadil Farm was a traditional Hebredean Croft and is located in beautiful surroundings. It is a wonderful spot for birds and other wildlife.


The lovely old steadings have been converted into 2 comfortable warm flats.

Each flat has 2 bedrooms,
a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom or shower room.
There is also a divan in the sitting room.

Each flat has its own electric meter which takes £1.00 coins, but the rent includes partial heating in cold weather.

The flats are fully equipped except for linen.We ask guests to bring their own sheets pillow cases and bath towels.

Both flats have one bedroom with a double bed and one with single beds. A cot and high chair are available. Although guests are asked to bring their own linen - it can be provided - as an extra if they are unable to do so.

Dogs are allowed by special arrangement

Payment


Half the rent is required when booking is confirmed and the balance 1 month before arrival.

It is always a good idea to insure your holiday against cancellation due to illness, accidents, strikes, etc.

Guests are asked to arrive between 5pm and 8pm and to leave by 10am on the day of departure. You should always book the ferry.

Winter lets can sometimes be arranged.
