The bathroom has a WC, full size bath with electric shower above the bath. There is a large well equipped Dining Kitchen with double oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A comfy adjoining sunroom has great views. The Cottage has a separate lounge with comfortable seating and TV with lovely views. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine also cloakroom with WC. |

The properCottage has ample off road parking and outside seating. I regret I am unable to accommodate dogs in the Cottage. Outwith peak periods short breaks may be available, please let us know what dates you require. |

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is requested on booking. Sorry no dogs.
Payment of the balance will be due 30 days before the start of your
The property is let on a Sunday to Sunday basis and on day of arrival guests are welcome from 4.30pm onwards and on day of departure guests are asked to leave by 9.30am.
The cottage is fully inspected before each let and we reserve the right to charge for damage caused during letting period which is not due to normal wear and tear.
