Tigh Bhan Bothy Cottage is situated near Salen on the east coast of the
island overlooking the Sound of Mull towards Morvern , Kilchoan and the
hills of Ardnamurchan.

It sits in a quiet and peaceful location approximately 200m from the
main coast road and about 100m from the beach.
The views and sunsets are magnificent.

The cottage is spacious, comfortable and equipped to a very high
standard. There is ample private parking in the courtyard.
There are many opportunities to observe the
wide variety of sea and bird life that frequent the area around the cottage.
It is also a great location to watch the
many yachts, ships and ferries that pass by through the Sound.

Tigh Bhan is perfect for families as it has
easy access to the beach.

Salen is a superb centre for hillwalking and there are many
opportunities in the area for both sea and river fishing.

Accommodation :

The cottage is centrally heated throughout and fuel and electricity
costs are included.
Tigh Bhan is all on one level, is fully carpeted and all the windows are
double glazed.
Guests are permitted to bring pets and there is excellent mobile phone
coverage.

Sitting Room - 3 piece suite, open fire (logs and peat are available
nearby and are not included in the price), colour television, etc.

Kitchen / Dining Room - With seating for 6 people, the kitchen is fully
equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing
machine and all other necessary kitchen appliances and crockery etc.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wash-hand basin, superb sea views.

Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, wash-hand basin.

Duvets and pillows are provided.
Guests supply their own bed-linen and towels.

Shower Room: Shower, wc, wash-hand basin.

Porch: For the storage of hiking boots, walking shoes etc

hospital, doctor, petrol filling station, garage, bike hire shop. Mobile
banks - Clydesdale, Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Scotland all
visit Salen on different days of the week.
