Torr a' Clachan A fairly new property situated on the outskirts of the village of Dervaig with good views towards Loch Cuin and Panoramic views of Glen Bellart.

We have 2 bedrooms, both on the ground floor. One with a double and a single bed, the other bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The Bathroom has a W.C. bath with electric shower above the bath, there is a separate Shower room and W.C. in the utility room situated off the kitchen.

The cottage has a Sunny lounge with a conservatory leading off it. The conservatory has panoramic views up Glen Bellart. The lounge has a colour television. A large dining kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster and dishwasher. Utility room has an automatic washing machine and deep freeze. I will be pleased to arrange for the supply of provisions to await your arrival- Bread, milk, eggs, potatoes etc.

Prices are per week, from Saturday to Saturday. Prices include heating and electricity. Outwith peak periods short breaks may be available, please let us know what dates you require.

On the day of arrival guests are welcome from 3.30 p.m. onwards and on the day of departure are asked to leave by 10.00 a.m.

The property is fully inspected before each let and we reserve the right to charge for damage caused during the letting period, which is not due to normal wear and tear.

Please send a cheque for £100 deposit per week, and make cheques payable to J Caskie. Payment of the balance will be due 30 days before the start of your holiday. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non refundable unless we are able to re-let the cottage before the balance payment due date.

Directions to Torr a’ Clachan Cottage From Dervaig follow the signs for The Old Byre Heritage centre. The sign for the cottage is next to the road just before the cattle grid at the entrance to the heritage centre.
